[Women In Science] barriers to women in set

I am delighted that this topic is being addressed. I know that many women 
academics in the sector exit before completing doctorates as they are 
snowed down with teaching and also  it is difficult to secure funding for 
feminist projects- and if funding is secured mainstream journals in the 
discipline are not interested. The list of accredited   journals of DOE is 
extremely limited.
